The dining area in this apartment was cozy and perfect for family meals. I loved having a tea/coffee maker and electric kettle at hand. It made mornings feel like home. As an everyday guest, I felt this room had a great vibe.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tea/coffee maker.

We had an excellent stay in Nice just off the centre, the shopping streets, and most tourist attractions. Had kitchenette, that's always useful. We asked for electric blankets and down pillows, everything was fulfilled. Greatly enjoyed the way lovely and amicable staff received us.

It had an amazing setting just off most tourist attractions, the old town and the beach and public transport. The staff were friendly, I thoroughly enjoyed them all...

The value for money at My Casa - 46 Gioffredo was excellent, as the apartment was extremely well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the area. The staff, especially Salvatore, were friendly and provided great tips for our stay in Nice.

The location of this apartment is absolutely fabulous. It is close to all areas, such as the shopping streets and the beach. You can easily explore the city on foot or use the nearby public transport options. Additionally, the apartment offers a kitchen where you can cook smaller meals, making it convenient for longer stays. The check-in and check-out process is also very easy, with a flexible schedule. the location and amenities provided make it a great choice for a few days in the city.

One downside is that the door lock in the apartment doesn't work properly. While you can lock the door from the outside, it fails to lock from the inside.

This place makes for a great starting point to explore tourist spots, offering a work desk, coffee/tea amenities, and a TV, with friendly and kind staff.

Great central location, 10 mins from city center, 3 mins from tram and bus stops. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Coffee machine provided. convenient and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at My Casa! The apartment was perfect for our needs, with a fully equipped kitchen and a prime location. It was just a short stroll to the beach and the bustling shopping streets. Getting around was a breeze, thanks to the close proximity to public transportation. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the flexible schedule was a huge plus.

The highlight of this place is undeniably its superb location, just a few minutes away from Place Massena and the stunning promenade. The apartment was impeccably clean and furnished with all the necessary kitchen appliances and air conditioning.
